Project “Increasing the Efficiency of Court Activities”

Project objective is to enhance the efficiency of court operations by developing advanced models for court resource management and case allocation, as well as by updating and digitizing case data processing procedures.

The project results:

  • An advanced court resource management model was developed for effective organization of administrative and operational court activities;
  • A case allocation model was prepared;
  • The Lithuanian court information system was partially modernized;
  • A virtual assistant named JUSTIS was created;
  • The digital competencies of 2,292 representatives of the court system were strengthened to effectively use electronic tools.

To present the project results, a final remote conference titled “Innovative Solutions for Court Efficiency” was held on 29 August 2023, during which the implementation process and project outcomes were discussed.

The project value: EUR 2,574,879.78.
